Lucasse Henrilus was raised and trained in football ministry by both Rich Mears and John Boggs. His training was both local and through serving in the Ambassadors Soccer Camps in the USA. Today, he now serves as the National Director. Lucasse and his wife Jasmine currently live in Port-au-Prince where they run all of the football ministry programs in Haiti.

Rich and Carol Mears began the journey of creating the Ambassadors Football Haiti ministry in 2004 after attending the Ambassadors Soccer Camp training that year. Rich then spent the next 2 summers training with Ambassadors Football staff in the USA and then returned to Haiti in 2006 with Carol and their son to start Ambassadors Football Haiti. From 2006 to 2015 he trained almost 300 coaches to use football as ministry, started soccer teams at 100 Christian schools, and conducted local tournaments for football outreach throughout Haiti.

John Boggs was raised in Haiti as a missionary child. He was instrumental in helping Rich get connected to Ambassadors Football. In 2015 Rich turned the ministry over to John and his wife Cathie when Rich was called by the Lord to return the USA. The Boggs’ served as National Directors until 2017 when Lucasse Henrilus took over the ministry.
